Organizational Membership was created by ACMA to help organizations provide support to their case management departments. A minimum of 10 members is required for a Hospital Organizational Membership, and 35 is required for a Health System Membership. Discounted dues of $115 per member are available for all memberships provided under an Organizational Membership.
Hospital Case Management Research Series
In addition to the discounted national membership dues, each organization membership will receive the Hospital Case Management Research Series. This is a series of correlative studies using the data gained in the 2007 National Hospital Case Management Survey. This national benchmarking data has a confidence level of 95%, and this new series of studies correlate findings to CMS-reported outcomes data.
These studies seek to explore today's most relevant issues in Hospital Case Management. There will be a total of 12 studies, which will be distributed to Organizational Members in monthly installments. The first four studies in the series will be:
- Avoidable Delay Benchmarking Comparative Study
- What are the costs and outcomes benefits of Case Management’s involvement in Quality functions?
- Is there a correlation between reporting relationships and Case Management outcomes, resource requirements and functions?
- Study of Case Management functional areas extending beyond medical/surgical inpatients to include involvement in Admission, Emergency Department, Outpatient care, etc.
