Health Care Reform Discussion Resumes on Thursday

This Thursday, Feb. 25th, President Obama is hoping to re-energize the discussion on health care reform by hosting a bipartisan meeting of Congressional leaders. In advance of this "health care summit," the President has put forward a plan to move health care reform forward while incorporating the work Congress has already done on reform legislation. The President's plan is reportedly the most detailed the administration has put forward since taking up the push for health care reform one year ago.

In advance of this meeting, the Administration has added a new section to the WhiteHouse.gov website with several tools to walk visitors through the President's plan and new changes to the proposed health care legislation. Useful links to learn more about the President's plan include:

In addition, WhiteHouse.gov plans to stream the bipartisan meeting live on Thursday. Click here to access the live stream on Thursday. The meeting starts at 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, February 25, 2010 and is held at the Blair House in Washington, DC.
