The Colorado Chapter Inaugural Conference will be an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with case management and transitions of care professionals in health care. This free professional development conference will take place on May 11 at the Hyatt Regency Aurora Denver Hotel in Aurora, Colorado.

This will be the event to kick off the newly established ACMA Colorado Chapter. ACMA Colorado will provide you opportunities for you to share knowledge and learn with other case management professionals across the state, attend local events and become part of an exclusive community where you can learn from one another and grown in your career.
