Kentucky / Tennessee Chapter (est. 2006)
Represents Case Management professionals who reside or work in the state of Kentucky / Tennessee.
The Chapter is led by our Board of Directors. Our Board members for 2026 consists of:

ACMA Kentucky/Tennessee Chapter has 5 working committees that are looking for interested registered nurses and social workers to assist with different functions within these committees. If anyone is interested in joining a committee, please reach out to me or any of the current board members and we will be more than happy to plug you in! We would love to grow our chapter leadership team. So, if you have an interest to serve within our profession, feel free to reach out!
Here are the committees and their functions:
- Social Media Committee- to promote ACMA, our chapter, and others as to who we are and what we are doing
- Membership Committee - to promote ACMA membership, and specifically the KY/TENN chapter, focus on recruitment strategies, & what the organization can offer to professionals
- Education Committee - to provide webinars, opportunities to obtain CEs, and professional development offers
- Conference Committee - to assist in planning the annual conference as well as planning the day with activities & speaker sessions
- Exhibitor Committee - to network with vendors and other professional organizations that may benefit both ACMA members & non-members who attend the conference via educational material, exhibits, information, & discussion

20th Annual ACMA Kentucky Tennessee Chapter Case Management and Transitions of Care Conference on
Friday, August 7, 2026 at the Sonesta Nashville Airport.
The event will be an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with case management and transitions of care professionals in health care. Take advantage of this unique professional development event right in our backyard and improve patient outcomes.
