Chapter Information

The ACMA Massachusetts Chapter, established in 2016, represents case management and transitions of care professionals who reside or work in the Massachusetts region.

Adding membership to the Massachusetts Chapter is a great complement to your ACMA national membership because it allows you to better connect with case manager and resources in the state of Massachusetts, while still ensuring you have access to the innovative resources and research available through ACMA's network of 8,000 case management and transitions of care professionals.

Annual Meeting

Update: The ACMA Massachusetts Chapter Case Management and Transitions of Care Conference will be hosted as a virtual / ondemand conference November 10, 2020 through January 11, 2021. 

After careful consideration of the COVID-19 situation, the ACMA Massachusetts Chapter Board has made the necessary decision to host a virtual / ondemand Annual Case Management and Transitions of Care Conference. Public health is our highest priority.

Please bear with us as we revise our plans to provide this educational conference. Specific agenda and conference information will be sent via email as soon as they are finalized. If you have not done so already, cancel your room reservation directly with the Cambridge Marriott. 

The ACMA Massachusetts Chapter Conference is an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with case management and transitions of care professionals in health care. The Accredited Case Manager (ACM) Certification is for health care delivery system case management professionals and tests core case management knowledge that is shared by nurse and social work case managers. Case Management Administrator Certification (CMAC) validates the competency of case management administrators, managers and aspiring leaders and promotes professional practice standards. If you are not yet certified, we encourage you to apply and enhance your professional practice by putting a credential after your name.
