The conference begins Thursday, April 3, with SEQR sessions (Share Exchange Question Retain). These sessions will share speaker knowledge and lessons learned but will utilize audience challenges and questions in a facilitated discussion format. ACMA's discounted group rate for a standard room is $284 for single/double occupancy, plus a resort fee of $28/night and applicable tax. Each additional person is an additional $20. Discounted group rates are available until Friday, March 9, 2025, or until all guest rooms in the block have been reserved, whichever comes first. A limited number of rooms are available at the group rate for three nights prior to and after the conference, so we encourage you to make your reservations early.

Parking: Onsite parking is available; attendees and guests may choose from self-parking or valet. Self-parking is $30 daily, plus tax. Day guests are charged per length of time (0-4 hours: $10, plus tax | 4-8 hours: $20, plus tax | 8+ hours: $30, plus tax). Valet parking is $45 daily, plus tax. Overnight parking fees include in/out privileges for guests. (Please note that parking rates are subject to change.)
