Welcome to the MO/IL Gateway Chapter

Chapter Information

The Missouri/Illinois Gateway Chapter was established in 2003. Our Case Management professionals primarily reside and/or work in central and eastern Missouri and southern, central, and western Illinois.

Case Management professionals are encouraged to join and enjoy the benefit of networking, education and professional growth opportunities as well as advancing the support of the practice of Case Management.

We sponsor four events annually, three half-day sessions and one single-day education seminar. There is really a special energy in sharing experiences and learning from all who attend. Please join us!

Annual Meeting

Join us for the 24th Annual ACMA MO-IL Gateway Chapter Case Management and Transitions of Care Conference to be held on September 26, 2026 at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel – Chesterfield St. Louis in Chesterfield, MO. 

The event will be an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with case management and transitions of care professionals in health care. Take advantage of this unique professional development event right in our backyard and improve patient outcomes.
