MO / KAN Chapter (est. 2005)
The ACMA MOKAN Chapter represents case management professionals: Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Physician Advisors, Case Management Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Care Transitions staff who live or work in the Western Missouri and the State of Kansas area and offers continuing educational and professional networking opportunities throughout the area.

Annual Meeting
Save the date for the 21st Annual ACMA MO/KAN Chapter Case Management and Transitions of Care Conference to be held on October 6, 2026, at the Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center - Independence.
