Chapter Information
The ACMA Maryland Chapter, established in 2003, represents Nurses, Social Workers, Physician Advisors, Nurse Practitioners, Community Health Workers, Case Management Assistants and other professionals who work in case management and transitions of care and who reside and/or work in Maryland, Delaware, DC or West Virginia.
ACMA National and Maryland Chapter membership allows you to better connect with case management professionals, gain access to resources in Maryland and surrounding states, while still ensuring you have access to the innovative resources and research available through ACMA's nationwide network of 8,000+ case management and transitions of care professionals.

CHAPTER OF EXCELLENCE
The Chapter of Excellence program defines outstanding chapter performance by outlining the standards of practice for optimal chapter operation. Chapters achieve these awards by demonstrating performance in the key areas of chapter operations and attaining specific growth and development benchmarks.
The Maryland Chapter received Chapter of Excellence achievement in the following years: 2024, 2023, 2022, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2015. And the chapter was the proud winner of the ACMA National Award for 2019 Highest Attended ACMA State Chapter Conference in the Nation!!!
