Close the Medicare Observation Coverage Gap

The ACMA 2019 National Conference just took place and was yet another successful gathering of members and case management professionals from across the country. The First Simulation Competency Program for Case Managers

Advanced Care Transitions Simulation (ACTS) is a program that transforms orientation and professional development for case management teams including registered nurses, social workers and physician advisors. ACMA Announces Transitions of Care Standards

ACMA and 15 collaborating organizations publish National Transitions of Care Standards and a Consensus Measures Crosswalk. ACMA announces the first multi-setting, interprofessional National Transitions of Care Standards endorsed by an Executive Steering Committee composed of representation from payer, provider, and other organizations.
