Welcome to the ACMA Georgia Chapter (est. 2005)

We represent Case Management professionals, RNs, Social Workers, Physician Advisors, Case Management Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Care Transitions staff who reside and/or work in the state of Georgia.

Annual Meeting

Register now for the 18h Annual ACMA Georgia Chapter Conference. The conference will be held August 12, 2023 at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta SW Peachtree City. 

The event will be an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with case management and transitions of care professionals in health care. Take advantage of this unique professional development event right in our backyard and improve patient outcomes. Stay tuned for details!

NEW VIP Pre Conference appreciation reception will be held on Friday, August 11, 2023 on site for members registered for the conference. Non members or members not registered welcomed for $20 per person.
