Improving Access to Medicare Coverage Act

The Improving Access to Medicare Coverage Act of 2023 would ensure Medicare covers doctor-recommended, post-acute care by counting the time spent under "observation status" towards the requisite three-day hospital stay for coverage of skilled nursing care.

The ACMA Public Policy Committee recently spent time on Capitol Hill advocating for the passage of this legislation and now we need your help!

Make your voice heard today! Fill out a quick form before July 31 to ask your Congressional leaders to support this bill.
