Fortunately, Case Management is a profession offers a unique opportunity through the many hats we wear such as advocate, driver, and discharge planner, to be examples of integrity, resilience, empathy, compassion, gratitude, and cultural humility while providing direct care.
We first and foremost want to recognize any first responders who have worked directly with COVID 19 patients and all of you who may have lost someone to COVID 19. We also recognize those who have been affected by recent California fires and foremost stand in solidarity with all communities grieving as a result of racism and racial inequity, we celebrate and honor you!
