The Florida Chapter was established in 2002. The Florida Chapter is over 900 members strong!
We are dedicated to representing, promoting, and supporting Case Management professionals here in the Sunshine State. Join our team of Social Workers, RN Case Managers, and Physicians working the Case Management setting!
The Chapter is led by our Board of Directors. The Executive Committee of the Florida Board includes:

Annual Meeting
Join us for the 21st Annual ACMA Florida Chapter Conference to be held on August 2, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The event will be an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with case management and transitions of care professionals in health care. Our PRE-CONFERENCE & CONFERENCE Registration Sites are up and running!
The ACMA FL Chapter Conference Registration is open! Join us on Thursday, August 1st, and Friday August 2nd, 2024!!! We've expanded this year and are now offering a *FREE PRE-CONFERENCE CE session and Reception on the 1st! This enables you to earn 6 CE's at no additional cost above the main conference registration! (*FREE: You must be registered for the main conference to attend the FREE pre-conference CE session and Reception)
WHEN: Thursday, August 1st join us at 4 PM for a CE Session presented by Air Ambulance by Air Trek on the in's and out's of coordination Air Transport for your patients. And, then stay from 5-7 PM for a Reception hosted by your Florida Board and some fantastic Sponsors including Air Trek, GHR Healthcare, Xsolis, and The Brundage Group!
The Main Conference is on Friday, August 2nd 8 AM-4:15 PM. Join us for five sessions, networking, exhibitors. and fun!

AIR AMBULANCE BY AIR TREK.
Arranging Air Ambulance Transport can be a daunting task for hospital staff. This presentation will provide three heartwarming patient air ambulance transport scenarios. An explanation of the “behind the scenes” planning and coordination that required for Air Ambulance Transport is requested will enable the hospital Case Manager to explain the process to the patient and family.

The FL Chapter's Reception and Fun at the Air Trek International Air Show!
The Florida Chapter is so fortunate to have a great partner like Air Trek Air Ambulance in promoting and celebrating the fantastic RN's and SW's in our Chapter! On Friday, November 3rd, 2023 we held a reception in Air Trek's hanger at the Punta Gorda Airport. We were treated to a private airshow as well as admission to the AIr Trek International Air Show on Saturday the 4th! What a great time! Thank you to all of our members who came to Punta Gorda and Air Trek!

The 2023 Florida Chapter Annual Conference!!!
The Chapter's 2023 Annual Conference was held on Friday, August 3rd at The Rosen Center Hotel in Orlando, FL. Attendance and Exhibitor participation were through the roof! Thank you all Below is a message from our Chapter President, Patrick O'Boyle:
Wow, what a conference! It was so wonderful to see the Florida Chapter Membership so invigorated and energized! As I walked throughout the exhibit hall, session room, and the hotel I saw Attendees laughing, talking, and so engaged. On behalf of the entire Florida Chapter Board of Directors, please accept my gratitude in helping us bring this conference together.
After the difficulty of the past few years, it is so exciting to be back together (in person!). The Florida Chapter Leadership is committed to bringing you relevant, cutting edge, and exciting education opportunities. Look for upcoming CE events this fall and winter as well as plan on attending the 2024 annual conference in August of next year!
