The Wisconsin Chapter of the ACMA was established in 2005.
Your chapter represents Case Management professionals (RNs and SWs) who reside or work in the state of Wisconsin.
Yearly Dues: included with ACMA membership
Bi-annual educational conferences are offered; one in the spring and one in the fall. We are committed to supporting our peers complete their ACM exams successfully and have offered ACM Prep Classes in previous years at our Annual Conference.
On Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the ACMA National Conference in Washington D.C., the Wisconsin Chapter received the Chapter of Merit designation for the 1st time in our 12 year history!
Annual Meeting
Join us for the 21st Annual ACMA Wisconsin Chapter Conference to be held on October 27, 2025 at the Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort in Wisconsin Dells.
The event will be an opportunity to share knowledge and learn with case management and transitions of care professionals in health care. Take advantage of this unique professional development event right in our backyard and improve patient outcomes.

We are excited to offer a fun event to network while cheering on our own Milwaukee Brewers the evening before the conference!
Special thanks to our sponsor Care Patrol for offering the opportunity to attend the Milwaukee Brewers vs. Houston Astros game on Monday night, May 5 as our pre-conference event.
Attendees will sit in Club Box seats with unlimited food and drinks! Transportation will be provided from the Brookfield Conference Center to American Family Field and back.
