About National Case Management Week 2022

National Case Management Week 2022 (NCMW2022) is October 9-15, 2022! Join us as we recognize and show appreciation for case management and transitions of care professionals across the country. The official National Case Management Week theme for 2022 will be selected in the spring. If you have questions, a celebration idea to share or want to participate/partner/contribute to the recognition of case managers in your area, let us know!

ACMA hopes you will celebrate NCMW 2022 and recognize the dedication, compassion and patient care outcomes achieved by case managers in your organization. Across all care settings, case managers are making the difference!

2021 was different. Health care professionals from across the country were, and continue to be, challenged by a multitude of obstacles. Your efforts were appreciated as evidenced by the celebrations we saw through our social media feeds and local news affiliates. With each challenge we have heard countless stories of case management professionals stepping up, not back, to positively impact patients across the care continuum. Thank you for your efforts, your expertise, your dedication and your compassion.

ACM Recognition Day: October 12

In conjunction with NCMW 2022, Wednesday, October 12 is ACM Recognition Day! This is the perfect opportunity to recognize the efforts of those case management professionals who have earned their Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification and those who are in the process of becoming ACM certified. Many organizations will choose this day to celebrate ACM professionals with a special event, congratulations or gift to recognize this important industry distinction. See the NCMW 2021 Products Store for special gift ideas.

ACMA encourages you to use this week to commend your team and recognize the importance of the case management professionals who dedicate their careers to patients and healthcare organizations.
