Welcome to the North Carolina Chapter

Chapter Information

The North Carolina Chapter was established in 2003. We have members across our great state and hope you will join us. Case Management Professionals who work or reside in the state of North Carolina are encouraged to join.   The NC Chapter has received Chapter of Excellence Award in 2023 and 2024.

There is NO additional fee to join our local chapter.

We sponsor two key events: a spring and fall conference that address current issues in case management. These events provide our members an excellent opportunity to network in addition to learning and sharing from the collective wealth of experiences of all participants.

The NC Chapter has grown to over 250 members. We are committed to advancing the practice of Case Management, supporting our members in their practice, and providing growth opportunities.

Annual Meeting

Join the American Case Management Association on Friday, September 13, 2024 for education and networking at the 22nd Annual 2024 ACMA North Carolina Chapter Conference.   

Join us in exciting Charlotte, NC at the Hilton Charlotte Airport Conference/Hotel.

If you are involved in case management or transitions of care, this is the conference for you. Our educational event is an opportunity to share knowledge, learn and network with nurses, social workers, physicians, health plan and other health care professionals in your area. Professionals across the continuum of care face unique challenges every day.
