National Case Management Week 2013:
Communication Made Easy

Don't Forget to Inform Others About NCMW

In the National Case Management Week section of our website we compiled various communications templates for you to adapt and use for NCMW. All you have to do is visit ACMA's website and download the templates you want to use. Then, fill in the information that is specific to your department and organization and send the communication to whoever creates your organization's newsletter. In addition to the templates on the website, you will also find the logo and ideas for celebration.

Send Us Your CEO, We'll Send Him or Her a Letter

National Case Management Week (NCMW) 2013 is fast approaching, October 13-19. This year's theme is Case Management: Broadening the Continuum of Care. Ensure that your facility's leadership is aware of the important contributions your department makes. Fill out a brief form with the contact information of your CEO or any executive you deem appropriate, and we will send these individuals a personalized letter from ACMA CEO L. Greg Cunningham asking them to reflect on the outcomes achieved by case management and urging him or her to recognize the efforts of case managers during this week that honors your practice.

To fill out the form, click here.

Contacts must be received by Wednesday, October 9 at 5 p.m. CT.
