ACMA’s Face-to-Face Data Shared with Senate Finance Committee
On June 15 and 16, ACMA members from across the country met with bipartisan representation of nearly 50 Senators and Congressional Representatives in Washington during ACMA’s third Advocacy on Capitol Hill event. ACMA members shared their concerns with key legislators and discussed critical measures such as transitions of care, readmissions, comparative effectiveness research and the face-to-face requirement. ACMA members have since worked to stay in contact with legislators in both the House and Senate, and have sent communications re-iterating ACMA’s concerns and priorities. ACMA National Board Member, Linda Sallee, recently provided a member of Senator Jim Webb’s (D-VA) staff with a copy of ACMA’s Face-to-Face Data Collection Survey, who ensured that the survey was presented to the Senate Finance Committee for review during a recent meeting - read more...

National Coordinating Center Hosts Free Webinar Series - Navigating Care Transitions
 
As part of the Integrating Care for Populations & Communities (ICPC) Aim to improve care transitions, the National Coordinating Center (NCC) is hosting a series of Learning Sessions twice per month to provide information and best practices to QIOs, providers, and partners.
