Fundraising & Advocacy

Support Your Practice

ACMA is working hard to ensure case management and transitions of care has a seat at the table when decisions are being made and legislation and regulations are developed that will impact your daily practice. However, in order to continue making a difference and ensure your voice is heard, we need your help. Be an advocate and donate today.

Your donation will support fellow ACMA members as they advocate on behalf of case management and transitions of care professionals nationwide in meetings with CMS and Congress. Specifically, these funds will help send professionals to Capitol Hill to represent case management's interests and ACMA's legislative priorities.

ACMA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. If you wish to claim the tax deductibility of your gift, please consult with your tax advisor.
