Abstract
Increasing behavioral health needs are often met with challenges to address the growing demand for services throughout the health care continuum. This session will provide the community view regarding an array of behavioral health needs, available services and care coordination. Critical thinking skills will be applied to review case scenarios and address ethical dilemmas and coordination issues with limited resources and client barriers.

Learning Objectives
1. Discuss behavioral trends and impact on communities.
2. Describe common challenges and resources.
3. Utilize case discussion to identify potential ethical dilemmas, consider problem solving alternatives and select options for appropriate actions.

Speaker:Marsha Krestine, RN | Clinical Manager | Visiting Nurse Association

Marsha has been a nurse for over 30 years with a focus on home health services. She has worked as a case manager providing direct hands-on patient care and in leadership. She has been an IV nurse specialist and regional trainer. She has worked with many accrediting bodies to assure agency compliance. Marsha has been a Clinical Manager, Home Health Administrator and also worked in the Clinical Informatics arena. Marsha is currently a Clinical Manager working with home health specialties such as Infusion Therapy, Enterstomal Therapy, and Behavioral Health.
