Support Your Practice

Thanks to committed and consistent support from donors like you, ACMA is providing our members with meaningful Public Policy Advocacy for Case Management and Transitions of Care professionals. We are making strides with the Improving Access to Medicare Coverage Act and our campaign to close the observation status coverage gap in Medicare. We continue to explore more ways your support can have an even larger impact on case management professionals and the patients they serve.

National Case Management Week was created to support, recognize and celebrate case management professionals and the work they do each and ever day to navigate patients and families to better outcomes. We need your support to continue to provide continuing education opportunities, webinars, networking events and evidence-based resources to support our profession. Help us work for you by donating today!

“While not always top of mind for many Case Managers, advancing advocacy efforts on behalf of Case Management is an important part of our professional practice and can positively impact our patients. For most people, especially legislators, until they are faced with healthcare challenges of their own they have no idea how challenging it can be to navigate the healthcare landscape or how complex the issues, e.g. observation status. It is vital as Case Managers to not only advocate for our patients but our practice. This is why donations to ACMA Public Policy efforts are so vital to our collective work. I hope you will invest with us and help us make a difference!”
