Support Your Practice

Your consistent generosity allows ACMA to drive public policy advocacy efforts that benefit our members as well as the patients and families with whom we work. On behalf of our case management and transitions of care professionals, we have demonstrated support of the Improving Seniors’ Timely Access to Care Act, and are creating a tool kit for individuals and chapters to guide their own local and regional activism. We are making strides with the Improving Access to Medicare Coverage Act and with our campaign to close the observation status coverage gap in Medicare. We continue to explore more ways your support can have an even larger impact on case management professionals and the patients they serve. As National Giving Day approaches, please consider supporting these critical efforts.

National Case Management Week was created to acknowledge, promote, and celebrate case management professionals and the work they do each and every day to navigate patients and families to better outcomes. We need your support to continue to provide continuing education opportunities, webinars, networking events and evidence-based resources to support our profession. Help us work for you by donating today!

“Within our ever evolving political landscape, it is more important now than ever that case managers serve as change agents and help drive the policies that impact how we work. It’s essential that we understand the legislation that influences how our patients and families receive care, and have voice in shaping this on their behalf. Providing context for legislators about the downstream impact that legal and regulatory measures have on their constituents is an essential part of our job, and can have far-reaching impact for generations to come. I hope that you will seize this opportunity to make a meaningful impact by investing with us!”
