Compass for Case Managers and Physician Advisors
Compass is a comprehensive training program designed to provide standardized training for case management departments and physician advisors. Compass releases new courses each annual subscription period which are eligible for Continuing Education (CE) credit. All courses were released on February 1, 2022.
Instructions for Obtaining Credit
Trainees must study the educational activities and complete a post-test and evaluation form for each course to earn credit. Post-tests are automatically graded, and scores of 80% or higher are considered passing. Once all modules within a course have been successfully completed, trainees must complete an evaluation form before being provided access to the CE certificate.
Continuing Education Information
Compass courses are hybrid courses requiring reading and watching videos. Continuing Education (CE) certificates issued by ACMA are generally accepted by most professional nursing and social work organizations and state boards of nursing and social work as many licensing authorities allow for some form of CE reciprocity. ACMA has made substantial efforts to obtain appropriate providerships for enduring CE offerings; however, ACMA does not warrant that all professional organizations and/or licensing authorities will accept its CE offerings. If in doubt, individuals are advised to contact their professional licensing organizations and/or licensing authorities to confirm acceptance of one of more of the following:
